JOB ORDER FOR Repair replacement of old damaged LT XLPE UG cable and rerouting of LT XLPE from Station canteen feeder panel board to Raina house Feeder panel board under GE (West ) Colaba Mumbai. 1. Necessary job order through local trade may please be initiated to carry out under GE(W) Colaba, Mumbai:- (a) Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m indepth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete in hard/dense soil all as specified- Cum- Qty 24.75 (b) Returning,filling in hard/dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering ,well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified- Cum- Qty 8.39 (c) Removing of excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of MD land complete all as specified and directed- Cum- Qty 16.35 (d) Supply and providing sand for sand cushioning for cable protection or filling in trenches of sand in cable ducts after cleaning of ducts all as directed and specified Note:. for the purpose of payment punned thickness will be measured- Cum- Qty 7.25 (e) Supply and providing unreinforced pre cast cement concrete cable cover for cable protection (Ready made Covers) of sizes Class LV type I with flat , flat size 250x150x40 mm putting adjecent to each other as specified - Each-950 (f) Taking out/down for old cable and rerouting ,re laying the same after checking ,meggaring complete LT underground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty of size 50 sqmm X 3.5 Core to 185sqmm X 3.5 Core including connecting up electric power to panel/feeder box all as specified and directed- RM -80 (g) M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in width for foundatuion/road filling including including rafts, footings, foundation beams plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed- Cum-6.75 (h) Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098 (Part -1) laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipes or fixed on poles, as and when required on ground of following sizes (i) 300 Sqmm x 3.5 core -RM-75 (j) Cable jointing kit , in repairs for LT CABLE XLPE aluminium conductor including testing and commissioning complete for the size of 300 sqmm X 3.5 Core all as specified and directed- Each Job -02 Auth:- CWE (A) Mumbai letter No 4053/W/35/E4 dt 08 Aug 2022 Chargeable: 01/475/03
