The bidder should have provided Similar Manpower Services to Government Departments or Govt. Authorities or Local bodies or Govt. PSUs for at least one year during the last three financial years i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25 for Rs.7.26 Lakhs. Performance Certificates from these organizations shall be furnished

To qualify award of this contract Tenderer should submit the Individual/Firm/ Company Registration Certificates issued by The Competent Authority. (a) Karnataka Labour Department Registration Certificate

Provident Fund (PF) Registration Certificate

ESI Registration Certificate

GST Registration Certificate and PAN CARD

Tenderer should submit last 1 year Paid Challans of ESI and PF contributed details to his staff mandatorily

Tenderer in its name should achieved in at least one Financial year a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs.14.51 Lakhs, in last three years i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25. Certified turnover certificate issued by the Chartered accountant with UDIN Number.

Tenderer should submit a Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.4.36 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit/Certificates from Nationalized Banks for meeting the Fund requirement etc. (Conditional Banker Certificates are not accepted).

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government Departments or Govt. Authorities or Local bodies or Govt. PSUs. The bidder should furnished self-declaration in this regarding in the format set out in Appendix G and G1
