Roughening of the existing surface of concrete including removing/demolition of loose/damaged cement concrete (unreinforecd) of any descrition and in any position not otherwiese specifically provided for with removing existing treatment(tarfelt)including removing of rubbish to distance exc 250m but not exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description, in any position & any capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder and finally disinfecting with bleach wash etc, and hoisting, if required, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and writing the date of cleaning and due date for cleaning of tank. Capacity of tanks exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for roof treatment with 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlaps sealed and bounded to the surface including bitumin primer at the rate of 0.40Kg / Sqm and finishing by applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram/sqm on roof or vertical surface complete all as specified and directed (MAKE : SUPER THERMOLAY manufactured by M/s STP limited or MOPLY-FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India ltd or IWL (HYPERPLAS POLYSTER) manufactured by M/s IWL or M/s Shivam Tar Products.

M & L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) as in PCC padding to level the damaged roof surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth to required slope and gradient all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of conrete surfaces on roof and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any description and in any position exceeding 250 ltr & not exceeding 500 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene five layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC ball valve, 20mm dia, high pressure with polythene float with epoxy coated aluminum rod complete screwed/fixed to pipes/ferrules all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster of any description and in any position and racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of BOQ as "supply only")

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of 15 mm bore tube of any description & in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in Chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars ,10mm dia and over , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over upto and including 08 mm dia , as in stirrups , spacers , and binders , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position , not otherwise specifically provided for as floor etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expension joints 50 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar all as specified

M&L Keyed pointing to stone wall masonry in CM (1:4) complete as specified as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint including watering and curing of surface adeqautely before and after application of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type -B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, 75 mm thick finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed
