Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & wall ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

M&L Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed incl gently punning in a layer of 15 Cm and 8 Cm (total 23 CM) in thickness all across the laid portion of LT Cable in trenches complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment.

M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat , size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm IS-5820-1970 complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete for copying of poles using B1 1:2:4, 20 mm graded aggregate, smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as and directed.

M & L cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed.

Note : GI Strip 32x6 mm and 40mm protection pipe upto 7.5 m from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts , and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. light grade protection pipe for earth lead complte with charcoal and common salt in altternate layers including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe med grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note:- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protectin pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade of size 100mm bore with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall /laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade of size 80mm bore with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall /laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade of size 50mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall /laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade of size 40 mm bore with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall/laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable complete all as and directed (for security light).

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) Swan Neck Type complete with CI base plate and finial and single swan neck , including two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with Red and Yellow strip of 30 mm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after erection in position incl prepration of surface , complete all as directed. Supply and fixing cable PVC insulated unsheathed of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core copper conductor for connections from junction box to security light complete all as directed.
