Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material nominal concrete 1:4:8 (One cemnt : Four sand : Eight graded) 20mm (Twenty millimketres) or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) upto any lead including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material in cement mortar upto any lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders under floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level with 1:4:8 (One Cement :Four4 coarse sand) : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Precast terrazzo tiles automatic Hydraulic compressed and polished of NTC in Flooring size 30x 30x2.5cm (Thirty into thirty into two point five centimetre) ISI marked No IS: 1237 top layer in (50%) (Fifty Percent) white and 50% (Fifty percent) Grey cement ) in white yellow , green and maroon chips of size 0,B and 2B size of NTC as per approved shade with marble chips of specified sizes laid on a bed of 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (where ever required) including rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 600x600 (Six hundred into six hundred millimetre) nominal size vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) upto floor all levels including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with 100% (One hundred percent) Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives comple in New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm including carriae of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering .Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° (Fifteen Degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size). and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality 500 mm diameter C.I. cover (medium duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 38 kg complete as per manufactures specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.
