Clearing and cleaning major leading channel beyond notch portion (inside, top & sides of channel) to ensure proper flow including removing the floating materials, overgrowth, slurry, filled earth etc. and conveying & depositing the same to outside the periphery of the channel to a lead of 50 m as pointed out by the dept at site etc.complete as per instructions.

Clearing and cleaning major toe drain and leading channel up to notch portion (inside, top & sides of drain & channel) manually or mechanically to ensure proper flow including removing the floating materials, overgrowth, slurry, filled earth etc. and conveying & depositing the same to outside the periphery of the channel to a lead of 50 m as pointed out etc.complete as per deptl.instructions.

Clearing & cleaning small drains, longitudinal & cross (Inside, sides & top) on the d/s & u/s body of the dam carefully and conveying & depositing the debris to outside the periphery of the drains as pointed out at site

Taking and removing the accumulated earth,debris etc from the spillway and depositing within a distance of 50 M as per deptl instructions with necessary lift ,lead etc. with all charges

Taking and removing the accumulated earth,debris manually/ mechanically from the spillway collection pit and depositing within a distance of 150 M as per deptl instructions with necessary lift ,lead and dewatering etc. with all charges

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish carefully from the slopes and earth surface of the dam portion, pitching portion, dam u/s and d/s area, inside & vertical portion of spillway upto collection pit etc. without damaging the earth surface and conveying & depositing the waste as pointed out at site.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of vegetation, grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of trees up to 30cm girth measured at a length 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance 150m outside the periphery of the area cleared from the d/s side of the dam as per deptl. Instructions.

Pointing to Random Rubble/ laterite/cement block masonry with CM 1:3 at all heights excluding cost of cement

Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Felling trees of the girth ( measured at a height of 1m above ground level ) including uprooting,cutting of trunks and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material -Beyond 30 cm girth up to and including 60 cm girth

Charges for plastering with neat cement flushing coat over the base plastering,excluding cost of cement

Plain Cement Concrete work in 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete at all levels,excluding cost of cement
