Labour only for attending complaints of Air Conditioner carried out by manufacture's authorised mechanic from servicing center without any delay with rectified the defects by carefully opening and check the Acs for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Items shall measure and paid seperatrly under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for annual servcing of split AC capacity 1.5/2.0 TR by disconnecting electric connection from its stabilizer or its electric supply board and remove the front cover or indoor split unit of AC and cleaning it with pressurised water and nylon brush, refix the front cover of indoor unit. including remove the front covert of outdoor unit with polythen/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motorwhile cleaning the outdoor unit and cleaning the condensing coil unit with pressurised water then apply one coat of descaling solution and cleaning with nylon brush to the condensing coil of outdoor unit shall be properly carried out damaging other parts, cheking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB, stabiliser, wiring of AC as per site condition and tightening of loose connection complete.

Material and labour for flushing out system for leak testing of cooling coils attached with indoor and outdoor unit of split air conditioner using CO2/ nitrogen Gas arrest of leakage with brazing of copper pipe including gas charging with using refrigerant R-22, oil charging complete in compressor window type AC/ Split type AC cap.1.5/2 Ton all as directed & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.and retest again for rectification leakage on load complete all as specified

Labour only for dust cleaning of dust filter of indoor unit to obtain maximum effeciency of split AC 1.5/2.0TR complete as per schedule complete. Note : dust cleaning of filter shall be required on every 45 day . Each cleaning is measured as one Job

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 46:- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of sufficient trained technician (Ref Mech/helper ) will be provided by the contractor daily for location ie Makarpura baroda area as directed. During MES mela or any other occason the contractor will be arrage additional menpower to rectify the complaint with justified time. b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size, lubricating oil/grease etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as Protecting relay, gas, capacitor, etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after receiving, Rs 1000/- per complaint will be penalised.
