Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10 m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil - Manual means up to 3 m depth.

Conveyance charges for machinery for transporting of earth/ sand/ gravel/ murrum etc. to a distance of 4 Kms from the site of work, at the place specified by the engineer in charge, including loading, unloading and idle hire charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm (0.54 cum) and 20 mm (0.27 cum) and 12 mm (0.09 cum) nominal size, HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement concrete (1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm (0.54 cum) and 12 mm (0.36 cum) nominal size, HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20 mm (0.54 cum) and 12 mm (0.36 cum) nominal size, HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Plastering in CM using best river sand, including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening curing rounding of corners incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specification etc., complete for the following proportions

- do - in CM (1:5) 20 mm thick

- do - in CM (1:5) 12 mm thick

- do - in CM (1:3) 12 mm thick

Supplying and fixing in position MS Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using MS Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two (2) coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three (3) coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Painting single coat for old iron work/ old plastered surface, with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-1 having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting single coat for old external walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Supply of following workmen (each per day) as directed during execution.

- do - Un skilled work men : Man / Woman Mazdoor

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechanically treated (TMT) steel bars of dia. below 36 mm Fe 500/ Fe 500D grade (as per IS 1786 - 1979) for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In absence of 18G binding wire 2 Nos. of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered)

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging excavator - loader (JCB) (Capcity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum)

1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The excavator - loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of earth per hour. 3. The excavator - loader (JCB) should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, transportation of machine, driver batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the excavator-loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The excavator - loader (JCB) should have the tacho metre and it should function properly.

Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.50 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH.

Flooring with Chequered cement concrete heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300 X 300 x 25 mm mm of any shades, set over base coat of CM (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work.
