and Spillway approaches including up rooting unwanted

vegetations such as Thorn plants, grass, bushes, shrubs,

saplings and cutting unwanted trees girth upto 0.30 m

including removal of stumps of trees and dispose off

unserviceable materials by mechanical and manual

means as preferable by actual site conditions as required

and directed for 1st cleaning within first month (initial

first month) and periodicaly maintaining the outer canal

land width complete clean for successive 11 months

(next Eleven months) etc.c omplete as directed by the

Engineer-In-Charge.

(b) Cleaning and maintaining for Next 11 Months 44.64 Ha. 10200.00

2 Jungle clearance of specified category and bushes for

canal /dam work as directed with disposing materials

etc. complete. (Excluding tree of girth above 0.5 Mt.) (b)

Medium Dense (a) First Cleaning in First Month

3 Spraying weed killer at Earthen dam on LHS and RHS

side for periodically maintaining the outer prism

complete for successive 2 times in 12 month by

mechanical and manual means as preferable by actual

site condition as required etc. complete as directed by

Engineer - in- Charge.

4 Oiling & greasing to gates & its components of

Hadmatiya Dam incl. including, removing old grease,

cleaning the surface and embeded parts & applying new

grease to gates & its components as directed etc. comp.

5 Providing & filling the empty bag filled with good

selected earth or sand including stiching and laying or

stacking as and where directed with all lead & lift etc.

complete. (excluding cost of bags).

6 Clearing silt from canal / drain bed by digging the same

to the required bed level and gradiant including

depositing the excavated earth regularly in spoil bank for

utilising the same for preparing the bund after breaking 3560.00 Rmt 11.09

clods as and where directed for lead up to 30.0 Mt. & lift

upto 3.0 as under (Excluding weed cutting.) (a) For canal

below 20 Cusecs.

7 De-Silting of various structure of canal and distribution

system including depositing the same as directed with all

lifts and lead for canal syphone airvent T.O. , Kundies etc.

1. The Contractor shall exhibit a board with brief details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

for which no extra payment shall be made.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3. GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

4. In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R. NO.:

MIS102010/17/K1 Dated:30/07/2018 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change

as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of

original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
