Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Providing one coat of Antifungal coating - tec touch /Cera re-played/Sika Multi guard or Sika gard 67/NACC acrylic/Dr. FIXIT DAMPGAURD - protective and decorative coating system as per manufacturer's recommendations/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.The scope of work includes surface preparation including cleaning the wall surfaces to be free of previous coatings, dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with putty. Rate quoted includes cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance, tools and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Attending to leak at roof slab and wall joint. The scope of work includes clearing the tiled terrace surfaces to be free of dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with CERAFIL 45/ TEC TILE 12/ Sika Grout/NACC Tile Grout/Dr. Fixit Crack-X and providing primer and top coat of CERAFLEX/TEC WAVE 3000/Sika Raingard/NACC High Flex single component/Dr. Fixit New Coat highly flexible membrane SQM 335.50 coating including curing adequately .All as per manufacture's recommendation/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in- charge.
