M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) laid in panels as in flooring including finishing top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3mm thick 38mm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection /hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300X7mm in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for grinding of existing terrazo or kota stone flooring by carborundum stone of 320 to 400 grit size. After grinding the surface shall be washed clean and grouted with neat cement grout of cream like consistency using the same coloured cement as in the original mix. After grinding the surface shall again be washed clean and rubbed hard with felt and slightly moistened oxalic acid powder, at the rate of 5 gm of oxalic acid powder for one sq m of floor surface. After completion of grinding work the wax-polish shall be sparingly applied with soft linen on the clean and dry surface. Then the polishing machine fitted with bobs shall be run over it. Clean saw-dust shall then be spread over the floor and polishing machine again applied, mopping up surplus wax and leaving glossy surface. Care shall be taken that the floor is not let slippery complete all as specified and directed.
