Manning and operation of 11kV Substation of HT 11KV RMU,Distribution Transformers, 02,04 Pole Structures & Perimeters lighting system structures, LT Panels including connected E/M items for smooth functioning of AOB Rambilli area by Electrician & helper for eight hours of each shift. (E/M Installations to be operate for the uninterrupted power supply as per standerd norms). Note:- No of persons required: 02 persons (01 Electrician (skilled category) & 01 Helper (Un-skilled category ) in each shift. 3 shift per day Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 Electrician (skilled) & 01 Helper (Un-skilled ) IInd shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 Electrician (skilled ) & 01 Helper (Un-skilled ) IIIrd shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 Electrician (skilled ) & 01 Helper (Un-skilled ) Note :It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF, bonus, ESIC and taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and his quoted rate shall have deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quoted their rate below minimum wages with EPF,ESIC, and bonus with applicable GST. Such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and shall be considered non-bonafide and rejected during Financial evaluation.

Note for Ser item No 1.00 - The rate shall be quoted above deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Day to Day E/M compliants of AOB Rambilli to be attended and the job card shall be signed by the respective user as issued by JE E/M complete all as specified and directed.Item required shall be paid under relevent schedule A items. Visual Cheking All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of equipments to be informed to JE E/M or Engineer in charge. Monitoring of equipments (a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on. (b) Maintaining duty log sheet and checking all parameter of metering devices. (c) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage,SF6 gas etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc. (d) Switchgear and equipments shall be properly cleaned. (e) Dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be approved by Engr-in-Charge). (f) One mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for communication and fault rectification. (g) Minor complaints to be attend by the electrician given by the contractor. (h) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for attending the faults/complaints.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/fan/socket 5Amps controlled by one switch with PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm FR multistrand copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) 1100 volts grade drawn into and including rigid non metalic concealed PVC conduit medium grade not less tahn 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories including sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness 1.12 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting electrical fittings, fixtures, accessories etc and 1.5 sqmm FR multistrand copper conductor cable (Green) as continuous earth wire including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FR multistrand copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) of nominal size 2x2.5 sq mm + 1x2.5 sq mm (earth) , drawn into and including rigid non metalic concealed/surface PVC conduit medium grade not less tahn 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 4.00 here-in-before but for 2x4 sq mm + 1x4 sqmm (earth) in 20 mm dia conduit.

Supplying and fix in replacement of powder coated, CRCA steel sheet MCB distribution board SPN, 240 volts, 8 ways (minimum thickness 1.2 mm & constructed as per IS : 8623), degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal double door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces etc as required including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per Serial Item No.6.00 here-in-before but for TPN, 415 volts, 4 ways

Supplying and fixing in replacement of Single pole 6 to 32 Amp 'C' series MCBs of breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- MCB DBs shall be fixed on wall in flush pattern by cutting the wall and making good disturbed surfaces.

All as per Serial Item No. 8.00 here-in-before but for double pole, 40 to 63 amp

Supplying and fixing MCCB four pole, 125 amps, 16 KA thermally adjustable between 70 to 100% including 4 spreader link set of same make as that of MCCB for connection, required lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.. Make - Legrand cat part no 625329 or equivalent in L&T or Moeller HPL as approved.

Supplying and fixing 20 mm dia rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories in recess including cutting the wall and making good disturbed surfacescomplete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories in recess including cutting the wall and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
