Note :- 1. The contractor's electricians & helpers should be receive the Job cards of complaints from complaints cell (Arman and day to day complaints) on 0900 Hrs dailly basis ,electricians & helpers should be reporting 0900 Hrs to attend the complaints with necessary tools. The complaints shall be attended and completed within same day.The complaints received on sunday and holidays should be attended on the same day. Four complaints will be measured as one unit. 2.
