PROVISION OF ROAD OF 150 M ALONGWITH REAR GATE AT NCC DTE GUJRAT UNDER GE (A) AHMEDABAD

Excavating over areas in soft and loose soil, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out as specified.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Granular Sub base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination there of as per the grading required the materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum Dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

Material and Labour for Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces including watering with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller consolidation to the required level gradient, camber etc in cutting/ filling in and depression complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1OO KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

Material & Labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and prime coat bitumen emulsion on WMM @ 7.50 Kg per 10 Sqm as per clause 502.2.2. of MoRTH specification , complete all as specified and directed.

Provoding and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading -11) using min 4.5% VG 40 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per grading 2 of table 500-1 0 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brusing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG 10 grade paving bitumen at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm by using mechanical sprayer.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with hydrated filler 2 % (If recommended in the trial mix) using mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and to achieve a smooth surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2..5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
