Taking down/removing of existing water proofing felt on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall, or any description etc including, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, average 25mm thickness as required at site including necessary form work for as in padding concrete on roof / chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on concrete roof surfaces in CM 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, all as specified.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm and providing 4 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm /Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints, fixed to walls etc, including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified.

GI tubing 15mm dia bore, medium grade with necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing 20mm dia bore, medium grade with necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical, verticle with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position as per SSR Part I instructions including provision of 20mm ball valve, 20mm Tank nipple and dismantling of existing water tank complete all as directed.

Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @150gm/sqm of coating including dismantling existing roof sheeting of any description as specified and as directed.

Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall/ ridge, vally and gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @150gm/ sqm of coating including dismantling existing roof sheeting of any description as specified and as directed.

Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with grade of zinc coating 275 gm / sqm with two corrugations side lap as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling existing sheeting of any description as specified and as directed

Galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick in ridges,hips,valley gutters, drip and straight flashings with grade of zinc coating 275 gm / sqm including dismantling existing sheeting of any description as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel flat iron for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs False ceiling anodized aluminium frame work with 605mm x 605mm size snap gird fixed with screws / staples using 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm thick main tee, 23.5 x 23.5 x 1.28mm cross tee and 25x25x1.5mm angles fixed to perimeter of wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 3.0mm dia GI wire and ‘J’ bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 120 cm C/C both ways, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs mineral fibre board/ tiles 600mm x 600mm x12mm thick, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
