Dismandling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable GI wire of any description /size & in any position from existing LT Lines including cradle guard/ earth continuty wires complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable Insulators of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable concret poles/ struts of any Size and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable street light bracket of any Size and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, fixing, installing and commissioning of octagonal Galvanised street light pole 8 mtr long, Top dia 70mm, Bottom dia 130mm, sheet thickness 3mm and base plate dimensions 200x200x16mm, foundation bolts 4x M20x600mm, single arm decorative bracket, 1100 volts grade, including cost of nuts and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost foundation accessories etc , the foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanised pole complete with door locking arrangement, terminal plate consisting of 2 nos 10 A, 4 pole neutral links including connecting etc with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 Nos, cost of RCC 1:1.5:3 per foundation size 0.7mtr x 0.7m x1.8 m with minimum 8 Nos 12mm dia lingitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm cement cconcrete per fixing the pole with labour tools, plant and materials required to completen the jobs complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work, foundation connected Bolts and nuts, single arm decorative bracket and connected accessories deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LED street light fitting 90 watt made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection. 10 KV SPD included Efficacy: 110LM/W complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with standed copper conductor wire FRLS of size 3 x 1.5 Sqmm for connection purpose, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/Loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Returning, filling in, including levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, n.exc 25 cm each in soil all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

M & L for Switch air break gang operated outdoor tyoe HT 11000 vots triple pole 200Amp with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper, vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame, operating rod made out of 25mm GI medium grade worked from ground level with handel and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with drop out of expulsion typefuse of capacity of 200 amp including painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over acoat of red oxide primer including taking down unsreviceable AB Switch complete as per specified and directed by Engineer- in - charge .

M& L for pin type porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulators inclding one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for 11000 volt grade including taking down unsreviceable insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for HT lightning arrestr for HT 11 KV expulsion type transmission class with a fitting having discharge capacity of 65 KA including taking down unsreviceable lightening arrestors complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out door end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including taking down unsreviceable termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including taking down unsreviceable termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator showing "MES HT U/G Cable" (all words embosed) on route of cable with arrow made of CI insuitable shape and fixed on 25x4 mm angle iron not less than lenght of 450 mm, fixed in position including taking out old unserviceable indicators complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe(light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade ) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. FI clamp 25x3mm with nuts bolts and washer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI earthing wire of same size upto 7.5m shall deemed to be included into quoted rate

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mmcomplete all as specified and directed.
