Supply, Delivery at site on Foundation and Commissioning of 58.5 KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø Silent DG Set incl. full tank HSD oil, comprising of Engine, alternator, separate AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB IV+ COMPLIANT GENSET approved Engine & Acoustic Enclosure including transportation, loading and unloading of the DG set, having following specifications :-

Acoustic Enclosure: The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms.
Base Frame: Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.
Terms & Conditions : (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. (iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-IV+). (v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer / OEM. (vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery / 12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 02 years / 5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.
(vi) During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set. NOTE- If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust {if necessary}, cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing arid direction. [For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 mtr.] Tor steel/Mild steel.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). With 1:6 cement mortar, 20 mm thick plaster. [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]
Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, Floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m.
M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. For trusses spanning up to 12.00 mtr.
Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. S&F of Exhaust piping shall be held from silencer onwards to the terrace for discharging entire exhaust gas. The piping and silencer shall be insulated fiber glass white wool Rain protect Canopy, anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust pystezti with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire ttiesh and aluminium cladding (from DG set to top of the building plus 3mtr. or as per CPCB noms) for 58.5 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC. including Hire charges for scaffolding by bamboo required rope of square type arrangement for smooth working & carriage of MS black pipe by vertical run & dismantling at the end of work. 26 SWG Al. cladding M.S. Pipe (65 mm dia) shall be class- B. S & F flanges including MS Clamps with ladder type vertically Supporting for exhaust pipe.
Supply and Laying 120 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer/ Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.
Earthing with 65 mm dia TATA-Medium GI pipe x 3.0 Mtr. long and 01No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mtr. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling ramming for soft Soil.

The panel board consisting of the following item- 500V, 315A, 99.9% E1ectrolyte grade tinned copper BBC with vertical section of 50X5mm size for neutral & Bus-Bar shall be fixed with FRP insulator chair & the entire bars are inmilated with PVC heat sinkble sleeve of suitable size & color as per direction of E.I.C [equal bar for each i.e. 4-bar] and Interconnections for: 250A SFU is 50X5mm copper bar, for 200A SFU is 25X6mm copper bar, 100A SFU is 35 sqmm. copper wire & for 32A SFU is l6 sqmm. copper wire.
