Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each and removing from site.

M &L Flush shutters,30mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, all as specified and for 0.90 mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 on both side, of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per maker's instructions.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight of size 100 mm.

S&F 100 mm long stainless steel barrel tower bolts (ISI Marked).

S&F 300 mm long stainless steel sliding door bolt with hasp, staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of stainless steel (ISI Marked).

S&F for sheet glass 5 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads supplied with shutters in square exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane

S&F in repairs , Aluminium door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 1, universal type suitable for door shutters upto 700 mm in width and of of wt not more than 35 kg.

M/L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint , over a coat of chalk whiting all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces including complete removal of old existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles light coloured of size not less than 300x450 mm and thickness 7-8 mm, on vertical surfaces such, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (minimum size 55cm x 55cm) laid over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 15-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting , dado and pillar laid over cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the smooth of the slab incl rubbing & polishing complete all as spd & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid and bedded in any mortor all as directed.

M&L for stone jalli of 40mm thick in any size and in side shape with asthetic view excluding pillars/frames/posts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing sand stone pillars with asthetic view in two sides as approved by Engineer-in-charge to fix stone jali of 40mm thick,size not less than 0.10mX0.10mX0.90m, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick rough dressed sand stone slab flooring bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 40mm thick sand stone slabs to wall surfaces, polished, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for 40mm thick sand stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size n.exceeding 0.5 sqm area dressed close picked on exposed faces,set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

M&L Heavy duty parking coloured tiles 10 to 12mm thick of size not less than 300mm x 300mm, including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) for false ceiling all as specified

S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board if siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 x 600mm grid for Exposed metal frame ceiling (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
