Excavation in foundation in orinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m, and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (Where machine cannot reach/move) for building work only.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Brick ballast 40 mm gauge) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of E/ I. (S.I No. 273)

RCC 1:2:4 with cement c'sand stone grit of 4 cm gauge in raft foundation and footing xcluding supply of reinforcement with its bending but including its binding & fixing with supply of all meterial labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC 1:1.50:3 with cement c'sand stone grit of 20 mm gauge in Columns excluding supply of reinforcement with its bending but including its binding & fixing with supply of all meterial labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC 1:2:4 with cement c'sand stone grit of 20 mm gauge in Beam excluding supply of reinforcement with its bending but including its binding & fixing with supply of all meterial labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or Iron for plain work such as reinforced concrete brought to proper shape as necessary including its bending with supply of steel with overlaps & wastage also required for proper completion of the work as per E/I SI No. 504

M-150 brick work in 1:4 (one cement and four coarse sand of min 1.75 FM mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. for Area of slab over 0.50 sqm OR red marble and sand stone or granite casting.

P/Laying 2mm thick plaster of paris putty for proper complition of the work as per Direction of E/I all complete As per D.S.R. No. 13.26

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) as per D.S.R. 13.46.1
