Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC water tank ,chajja of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided reinforced (reinforcement of cut as required to facilasite demolition etc) including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Making the grooves 25 mm wide and 50 mm deep to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and inserting chajja of PPGI sheet and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel sections as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality A and complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L Providing water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non oven fabric ( weight not less than 150gm/Sqm) applied on one coat of oil based bitumen emulsion primer @ 0.3 lit per sqm ( OR as per the directions of manufacturer instructions) including cleaning of surface thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections. Laying of membrane by forced ( torch) application with 10cm overlaps . A coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/sqm to be applied on top of membrane, finally coating the surface with bituminous aluminium paint @ 100gm/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cleaning with wire brush on top of roof of any type and chajja top surfaces etc, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu. m per sq. m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs false ceiling of Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with FINE EDGE TILES ARMSTRONG SILHOUETTE EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM. The tiles should have humidity Resistance (RH of 99%, NRC 0.55 Light reflectance 85% thermal conductivity K=0.052-0.057 w/m k. colour white, fire performance class O class 1 (BS476 Part 6 & 7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16 mm thick with Bio black coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green building application, with the re cycled content of 63%. The tile shall be laid on Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour and with a web height of 45mm and a load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68 Kg per Squaremetre. Silhouette main rummers & cross Tees to have mitred ends and "birdsmouth" notches to provide mitred Cruciform junctions. The Tee sections should have a galvanizing of 120 grams per squaremetre & passed through 500 hours of salt test complete all as specified and as directed.
