Design, Supply and installation of Aluminium profile sliding door signage with the following specifications. The signage shall have an aluminium profile modular frame of height 100mm. The letters shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl of approved design pasted on 3mm thick foam board/ ACP Board. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard and shall be fixed with adequate fasteners. The signage shall be in such a way that the foam board/ACP Board is slide to the aluminium profile for easy replacement of names : size-300mmx100mm as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 1

Design, Supply and installation of vinyl signage on acp with the following specifications. The signages shall be plotter cut 2<br>mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl of approved design pasted on 3mm thick foam board and installed on 3mm thick ACP backing using VHB tapes. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard ,ACP backing surrounded by 50mm dia 1mm thick ss plated tube along the perimeter supported by 2 nos of 50mm dia 2mm thick ss plated pole permanently fixed at ground by concrete or can be fixed on wall support as per directions by engineer in charge.- Acp board size (2400x1200) bottom fixed at 60cm from ground as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 2

Design, Supply and installation of Reception/helpdesk signages as per following specifications. The signages shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl pasted on3mm thick ACP/ 6mm thick hybrid board or 8mm Thick Acrylic glass on single side of approved make and colour of height 150mm. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard. The signage shall be ceiling suspended using Stainless Steel strings as per the directions of engineer in charge, As per Annexure II, Item No 3. - TEXT (MAY I HELP YOU, CASH, RECEPTION , REGISTRATION, INSURANCE..etc..)

The signages shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl pasted on3mm thick ACP/ 6mm thick hybrid board on both Sides of approved make and colour. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard. The signage shall be ceiling suspended using Stainless Steel strings as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 4. Way Finding Signage: 1200mm x 600mm

Design,Supply and installation of Vinyl printed signage for awareness and guidelines. with the following specification. The signages shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl of approved design pasted on 3mm thick foam board and installed on wall/glass using VHB tapes. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard Room vinyl printed sticker with 3mm foam board backing as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 6

Supply and installation of 3 mm Acrylic box letters with 70 mm projection, vinyl pasted on first face with 3 module Samsung LEDs, SMPS and other electrical fittings fixing on existing ACP/wall base as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 7

Supply and installation of Garware, 3M or equivalent frosted film pattern throughout all the internal glass panels wherever required of approx. 1.5 m height as per the approved pattern as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Design,Supply and installation of Vinyl printed self adhesive sticker signage on glass for awareness and guidelines. with the following specification. The signages shall be plotter cut 2<br>mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl of approved design pasted on glass . The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Queue manager of pole height 34 inch and pole diameter 2.5 inch with double belt. The length of the belt should be minimum of 2 m. The pole must be of a base diameter 12 inch curved double embossing, as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 8

Providing and fixing of 3mm thick ACP/ 6mm thick hybrid<br>board or 8mm Thick Acrylic glass backing for singnage. Shall be fixed by means of ss studds or screwed as per directions by engineer in charge the price shall be inclusive of all hardwares and accesories used for fixing as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium curtain track as per following specification.The track shall be made out of Aluminium alloy ( 6063-T6) with all Corner of profile having radius of 50mm,tensile Strength of 195 MPA, and a shear strength of 150 MPA. The Shape and Size tolerance shall be in accordance with IS 733- 1983. All materials shall be ROHS compliant with Corrosion resistance properties.The track shall be 50- 60 micron Standard traffic white powder coated (Mahacoat) with seven stage processes. The Tracks shall have drill guide on the top. Track Gauge – 1.5 mm to 1.6 mm , 3.44 mm on top Profile Size – 27mm x 20.4mm, HD Deralin Roller with SS 302 Hooks. The roof clamps shall be made out of aluminum pipe of 12.7 - 12.9mm diameter. The Upper Circular Plate shall be made out of aluminum with a diameter of 50.4mm.The outer surfacce shall be powder coated to approved finish and colour. The track shall be<br>ceiling suspended using anchors, bolts, screws etc. Wall Supports & Bridge Clamps shall be aluminum powder coated to approved Curtain colour and finish. Supply and installation of Dual Roller -Zebra blinds preferably with white color combination as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 10

Supply and installation of 8mm thick Glass marker board with led lights (900X900)mm.on wall as per directions by engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 12

Supply and installation of Laminated fire evacuation plan printed at A3 colour print, installed on doors /walls using VHB tapes. as per directions by engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 13

Design,Supply and installation of SS signage on acp with the following specifications. The letters shall be made out of 40mm projected ss plated box signage with 3mm ACP/ Aluminium sheet backing supported by 2 nos of 75mm dia 2mm thick GI painted pole permanently fixed at ground by concrete - Acp board size (2400x1200) bottom fixed at 1.5m from ground ( Text- Government Taluk Head Quarters Hospital, Punalur)or as per directions by engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 14
