Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant 1.735 MLD capacity and sewerage network of 43.89 KM's 1620 No's Man Holes for a period of one yesr . the scope of work for each component shall include the following:-STPs : The scope of work include maintenance and operation of STP so as to meet, the effluent standards of HPPCB. STPs have units such as inlet Chamber, grit Channel, Parshall flume, Screen Chamber, Aeration Tank, Scondary clarifier, chlorine contact tank, Alum and Chalorination Chamber, Sludge Drying Beds, Pump house, Laboratory cum Admin Room, Mechanical & electrical machinery such as Recycling pumps & motors, Sludge Pumps & Motors, Aerators including motors and reduction gears Agitators, The scope of work include chalorination with bleaching powder, Repair of electrical, mechanical equipment, Laboratory equipment, lightening system in compound & plant building including pump house. Such as COD digestor, BOD incubator, Oven etc., Plant lighting arrangement etc. THe scope of work also include measurement and recording of flow at inlet & outlet points hourly and DO, BOD, CoD PH TSS etc. during peak and minimum flow conditions. All lab tests of operation parameters shall be conducted and recorded in the registers and as per term and condition attached and entire satisfaction of Enginer in charge. SEWER NETWORK: The sewerage Network consist of about 43.89 KM's long CI/DI pipe network of various dia, manholes, pilars etc. The network is spread over all 7 municipal wards and adjoining TCP villages i.e. Arthi Garoroo, Makdyana. The scope of work shall include: (i) cleaning of manholes, sewerlines mamanually/mechanically so as to avoid any kind overflows on roads/streets. (ii) Releasing connections to the consumers as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and mainating the manholes to its orginal conditions after release of connections )iii) Repairs of all civil structtures in the network, recasting of manholes slabs broken due to wear and tear (iv) Raising of manhole masonary in roads wherever required.

Operation, Repair & Maintenance shall cover following components.

A - 1.735 MLD at Ner Khad. Civil unit RCC Inlet Chamber's 1No RCC Bar Screen Chamber 1No RCC Grit removal channel 2 No's RCC Inlet cum Parshall flume channel 1No. RCC Extended Aeration Tank 1 No 22.00x4.00m with 2 aerators platforms RCC Secondary Clarifier 1 No. 13.90 metrs dia RCC Alum dosing Tank 1No. RCC Chlorine contact tank1 No. Stone Masonary Sludge Drying Bed 6 slab. Masonary Pump House room with roof slab. Attendant room, Laboratory room, office room and toilet in 1 builing unit.

Mechanical Units; Mannual bar screens 2 Nos Fixed type slow speed aerators 2No;s 25 HP fixed on plateform. Rake classfiers i/c screw pumps, mechanical grit removal arrangements for grit removal from grit chambers 3 Nos. units each item. Clarifier 1 No. 1.50 HP Sludge Recycle Pumps 2 Nos 10.00 HP DG set 1 NO 125KVA
