Providing & fixing glass panes of modi guard with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 5.5 mm (Five decimal five milimetre) thick glass, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre) thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre) wide x12 mm (Twelve milimetre) thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing & fixing glass panes of modi guard with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 4 mm (Four milimetre) thick glass panes, as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. Complete 50x20 mm (Fifty into twenty milimetre) , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick burl ply of standred quality and of approved shade and design wall lining i/c fixing with approved adhesive, butt jointing and nails and screws complete ( base frame work to be measured and paid sepertely ), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing plain square edged fillets ( beading) 50mm x12 mm (Fifty milimetre into twelve milimetre) section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junction. Ist class Indian teak wood) , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Applying Birla white care wall putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. Up to any lead and lift, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :tes New work (Two or more coats applied @ for external plaster are for height upto3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Painting Steel work with tuxture Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm (Five hundred ninety five into five hundred ninety five milimetre), made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture New work, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

providing ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges instead of M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. (Shutter area to be measured),as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .
