2. In case of excess or deviation in Road contractor's tendered amount, no

extra fee (PMC) shall be paid. Similarly, in case of the actual work done at

site is less than, no fees shall be recovered.

3. Please note that price bid shall not be submitted in hard copy under any

circumstances. This will hold the tender liable for rejection.
