Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring for (light, fan, socket or power) complete including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, holders, sockets etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces on wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down un-serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, and making good the disturbed surfaces on wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring with copper/aluminium conductor,PVC insulated,unsheathed cable of any size drawn through and including rigid PVC or PVC casing coping including earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully the existing unserviceable geysers of 25 Ltrs storage capacity, any make, any model fixed in any position by disconnecting from electric connection and water inlet, out let connection and vent pipes etc from site (inside or outside bldgs) and transporting the same to MES E/M OfficeBhowali Store Yard for carrying out repair work such as De-scaling/ over hauling / brazing welding etc and painting with one coat white colour synthetic enamel paint and re-fixing in same position including making good disturbed surface after complete repair work and reconnection of inlet, outlet pipe and vent pipe including testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Note: -(i)Replacement of parts shell be measured and paid separately as supply only (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of replacement of 4 Nos foundation bolts,nuts,washers of suitable size.
