Material and labour for repair to potholes of any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10) grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for premix bituminious macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen 60/ 70 (VG-30) grade, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8 to 10 Tonne Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of road surface and applying road marking paint of 2 mm thick width not exceeding 15 cm with hot applied thermoplastic reflective paint like stop lines, dashes, arrows of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temperature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
