REPLACMENT OF SCRAPPER FLOOR LOUVERS OF UREA PRILLING TOWER , AT RCF THAL.

ITEMS AS PER FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS

Supply ,fitting and joining in position at Contractors workshop Operatable louvers prefabricated structure in proper alignment and making them operational as per approved RCF drawings and as per relevent applicable standards including material supply, detailing,fabricating as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings , transporting to RCF site by making transport ease(by dismantling if reqd.) after inspection including loading at contractors workshop alongwith provision of necessary erection bolts, Unequal Angles ,Equal Angles ,Pipe ,fixingbolts, nuts,plummer blocks (for operational louvers) washers, plates,Louvers pins, stiffeners, shafts ,links,medium chain link , baseplate, and all necessary fixtures and operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr etc complete as directed. This includes fabrication of individual pieces, mock fit-up of assembly of approx size 5.02 metre x 4.02 metre area for Drilling ,anchoring to RCC walls of Prilling tower , dismantling the pieces , transportation , weighment, unloading at RCF site & final fit-up/assembly of Louvers with SS 304 nut-bolts only.(80% amount shall be paid after receipt of material at RCF Thal & remaining 20% after fixing in position/commisioning only at Prilling tower.

Erecting,fixing,alignment and joining/welding with steel plates as required in position operatble Louver prefabricated SS304/Aluminum Louver assembly/structure after dismantling/removal/of old louvers & lowering/transport to RCF scrap yard/other areas as directed by EIC, at all heights & at all levels including all necessary fixtures/fastenings,necessary welding /strengthening of insert plates in RCC etc complete and necessary touch up painting to damaged areas during transportation and erection operations to complete the work in all respect . This is to be done during plant shutdown period.

This is to be done during plant shutdown period.

Erecting & dismantling scaffolding with contractor's MS pipes, gratings & fitting as required for approach to system by double scaffolding, etc. complete. Support up to 6 meters height from platform at scrapper floor level of @ mtr. from ground.

Providing and applying polymer modified ready mix microconcrete for concrete with addition of 10 mm metal aggregates as directed of any thickness as per site requirement of approved brand including shuttering,welding with rods ,curing etc. complete As per mfg.'s specifications . (the items shall be paid on actual consumption of ready mix microconcrete quantity only excluding weight of metal aggregates) the rate shall be inclusive of following preparation before application of polymer modified microconcrete including removal / dismantling of loose or damaged plaster/concrete and disposal of debries etc complete as per the instructions and as per the manufacturer's specifications including brushing with wire applying rust remover, rust inhibitor coat, bond coat etc. to all exposed concrete surface .

Providing & applying two pack modified epoxy paint system for handling of PH range 4 to 10 and temp upto 60 degree centigrade. 1)Cleaning the surface by mechanical or manual means 2) Application of one coat of primer. 3) Application of two coats of finished coat of 150 micron thick each with 100% solids. Including washing, cleaning, drying & roughening preparation of the concrete surface etc. complete on RCC. Surface preparation Removal of existing paint including cleaning with mechanical/chemical/manual means to be carried out before painting.
