Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of single screw Chiller with single Compressor each complete with 125 TR actual capacity (at specified desigh conditions) screw compressor, motor, water cooled condenser, insulated chiller, flow switch at chiller and condenser, vibration isolators, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, accessories as required and called for, automatic and safety controls mounted in central console panel and all mounted on a steel frame complete as per specifications.(Chiller shall be ARI certified) Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% 50 cycles. 3 phase AC supply meeting criterion as per ASHRAE standard 90.1 – 2010 and high efficiency. Refrigerant used shall be Ozone friendly HFC ( R134a) as per specification. Quoted price shall be inclusive of communication card capable of giving industry standard (BACKNET/TCP.IP) output to BMS system for atleast 30-40 parameters including instantaneous kW / TR indication complete with all hardware and software requirement. Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on chiller control panel. Wiring in MS conduit shall be extanded to BMS switch. Chiller shall come with complete first charge of refrigerant & oil.complete in all respect Chiller unit shall be included vibrator isolator,vidration pad etc complete in all respect as required ,The AC plant room installed At Terrace Level. Electrical Control Panel The electrical control panel shall be factory fabricated, unit mounted, complete with suitable rated incomer power disconnect switch / MCCB and with Star-Delta/ Soft Starter, to ensure that starting current shall not exceed twice the full load current, with all safeties, interlocks & protections such as over load, short circuit and single phasing prevention. Cable termination adopter box. Flanged connection shall be provided for chilled and condensing water pipes. Supply installation Testing and commissioning of Dirt separator In-line removal of dirt particles within chilled water system. The acceptable design shall incorporate a separating element to force water into tranquillity zones for dirt removal. A nozzle/Pallring shall force cleans water into the main flow to divert contaminated water through the separating element. Dirt particles shall be removed via a blow down valve on the base of the vessel whilst ferrous particles down to 4 µm shall be captured by a magnetic device(25 Neodymium magnets) in the lower part of the vessel. It shall be able to provide up to 40% separation per cycle. It shall be able to remove at least 35% of 150 µm dirt particles per cycle. The magnet shall be retractable to enable ferrous particles to be released and discharged through the drain valve which will incorporate an internal scraper to dislodge particles that adhere to the inner surface of the vessel base. Manufactured and designed In accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU/IS Code: 2825: 1969. The cylindrical vessel shall be manufactured from welded steel.Material shall be EN/ISO: S235JR+N/IS Code: 2062. Inlet and outlet of the unit shall be via horizontally-opposed, coaxial flanged connections in accordance with EN 1092-1/IS Code: 6392: 1971 table no. 17, PN 10. Suitable for glycol solution upto 50%, Temperature range -10 C to 120 C.The maximum permissible flow velocity shall be 3 m/s. The Dirt Separator shall be sized appropriate to the maximum operating pressure and flow velocity of the system. Supplying , installation, testing & commissioning of external thermal insulation on tank with Duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.. SI.T.C. of Electrical Hot Water generator of vertical/horizontal construction equipped with sufficient number of flanges and electrical immerdion heaters. The pressure vessel shall be constructed as per ASME standards and insulated on all sides with 100mm thick fibreglass. The hot water generator shall be equipped with all automatic and safety controls such as manual reset high temperature water outlet, step controller and recycling relay On-Off switch, thermostats, pilot light, 'ON' status of individual banks, low water cut off all as per manufacturers recommendations. All basic controls and terminal shall be lacated in an internal control cabinet, factory wired and tested. The hot water generator shall be suitable for 415+ 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The entire hot water generator and control cabinet shall be factory assembled on common base and tested, requiring only connection to service efficency shall 80%. 240 kW Hot Water Generator as described above (60 KW x 4 Heater) Note: a. Water 'IN' temperature: 110 deg F b. Water 'OUT' temperature: 140 deg F c. Heater Bank to be provided with 6 steps.
