Taking out the Regulator shutters 15nos of size 4.06m x 3m and over head beams placed on the top of its piers

Dismantling of the shutters and overhead beams (where there is road access to the point ) from the grooves and stacking including cost of all machinery, labour all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete as per direction of departmental fficer at site (Weight of the unsericeable shutters and embedded parts may be calculated as 60% and unserviceable hoisting units as 80 % )

Fabrication and supply of structural steel cover,pulley brackets etc. to the wooden shutter 15 nos of size 4.06m x 3m by using MS plates etc.& supply,drilling holes & assy of Thembagom wood planks

Supply of MS plates confirming to IS 2062GrB including cost of conveyance charges

Supply of Fastners ( bolts up to 300 mm long ), nuts and washers ) including cost of conveyance charges

Supply of 1st class Thambakam wood in Planks

Supply of M30 Hex.Nuts,lock nuts and washers for Thambakam wood planks connecting rod.

Supply of 30 mm dia.,4M in length connecting rod (70mm length both end threaded M30x3.5mm) for Thambakam wood planks including cost of all material,labour, tools etc. complete.

Fabrication and supply of structural steel cover,pulley brackets etc. to the wooden shutter as per approved specifications and directions of deptl officer at site including cost of labour, machinery, all leads and lifts, incidental and handling charges etc complete but excluding cost of material already supplied

Providing holes on 1st class Thambakam planks and assembling the planks with connecting rods and fabricated steel covers and accessories etc.as per the directions of deptl officer at site including cost of labour, machinery,conveyance,incidental and handling charges etc complete but excluding cost of material already suppliedRate analysis for one shutter.

Painting of Regulator shutter cases 15nos.of size 4.06m x 3m and Regulator shutter 1no. of size 8.4Mx3M

Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350microns over the grit blasted and cleaned surface to class A standard of IS 14177 including cost of all materials , labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc complete as per the direction of departmental officer at site

Providing hoist units,line shaft material,wire ropes etc. to Regulator shutter 15 nos of size 4.06mx3m and 1 no of size 8.4mx3m

Supplying and stacking of 15 Tonne capacity rope drum hoisting unit having12 m lift at a hoisting speed of about 0.50 m/min(+/-10%) through pulley arrangements with two numbers of falls on either side with 20mm tested galvanized wire rope 6/36 construction, fibre core having breaking capacity 23853Kg and driven by TEFC squirrel cage induction motor hoist duty type having capacity not less than 3HP and driven through self locking worm reducer and open gear reduction unit excluding the cost of line shaft but including 2 nos. of plummer blocks with bearings for line shaft supported at proper intervals and including cost of electro magnetic thruster brake assembly manual operating systems, electrical accessories like DOL starters, limit switch, main switches and other safety equipments as per drawings specifications and statutory requirements etc complete but excluding cost of wire rope.

Supplying and stacking of 20 Tonne capacity rope drum hoisting unit having13.5 m lift at a hoisting speed of about 0.50 m/min(+/-10%) through pulley arrangements with 4 numbers of falls on either side with 20mm tested galvanized wire rope 6/36 construction, fibre core having breaking capacity 23853Kg and driven by TEFC squirrel cage induction motor hoist duty type having capacity not less than 5HP and driven through self locking worm reducer and open gear reduction unit excluding the cost of line shaft but including 2 nos. of plummer blocks for line shaft with bearings supported at proper intervals and including cost of electro magnetic thruster brake assembly manual operating systems, electrical accessories like DOL starters, limit switch, main switches and other safety equipments as per drawings specifications and statutory requirements etc complete but excluding cost of wire rope

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1/2:3 (cement : 11/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Conveying and erecting rope drum hoist units

Conveying and erecting in position the already supplied rope drum hoisting units (15T/ 20T/25T/30T) capacity ( where there is road acces to the point) on the hoisting bridge and correcting the alignment as far as possible manually as per the direction of departmental officer at site including cost of all labour, machinery, lead and lift and all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete

Painting of Hoisting units,Girders etc.and Erection of shutters ,hoist girder etc.

Painting all the exposed areas of Hoisting supporting structure, hand rails, ladder and covers of mechanism with 2 coats of Aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide zinchromate primer after hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

Conveying and erecting the gates safely in the grooves ( where there is road acces to the point ) , assembling and aligning including cost of all machinery, labour all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete as per direction of departmental officer at site

Erection of the hoisting bridge unit including handrails , ladder and platform etc. ( where there is road access to the point ) in correct alignment and anchoring it ; setting and aligning the covers of the hoisting unit etc complete including cost of all labour, machinery, incidental and conveyance , lead and lift charges etc complete but excluding cost of materials already supplied

Conveying and Fixing wire rope already supplied to the new gates and Hoisting unit safely and conducting Trial run

Supply and commissioning of Diesel Generator Set along with 6 sqmm 4 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable 200m

Supplying 25 kVA, 20 KW, 380-440V, 50Hz Diesel Generator set with trolley engine with direct injection, water cooled, 3 Cylinder 4 stroke rated at 1500 rpm conforming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 and along with insulated industrial 3-Pin socket weather proof & 6 sq mm 4 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable 200m with aluminium conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE and as per the statutory requirements insisted by the Electrical Inspectorate cost of all material, labour, transportation etc. complete

Earthing to electrical accessories

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, andproviding masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required

Supply and clamping the following size of strips on surface of wall/ parapet/ existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 X 3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m, making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required ( for horizontal run)

Supply and laying of the following sizes of B class GI pipe laid 0.6 m below ground level including excavating trench of suitable size and refilling etc, as required.32 mm dia G.I pipe ( medium class)

Supplying and providing the following sizes of bolt and nut with washers on the existing MS box, earth, bus, earthing system etc.as required including drilling necessary holes as required-25x6mm brass bolt and nut
