Earth work in excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 M wide and 1.5M deep and getting out, returning filling in, including spreading & leveling in layer all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L PCC bed 1:5:10 in fillings & Mass concrete all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exe. 6m mean radius with sub class ‘A’ brick all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L sand filling under floors including watering & well ramming all as specified in MES SSR,2010.

M/L 1st quality cement concrete Chequered/designer tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm - 25mm thick heavy strength including tactile for different abled/ blind/ hearing impaired (different color) with polished laid with neat cement slurry. Jointed and pointed with pigment to match the color of tiles as per sample (Vibrator moulded colour coated polished tiles as per sample).

S/F precast stone slab of RCC 1:1.5:3 of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 13cm in curved shape at top (15 cm at bottom ) all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

Pre cast cement concrete M20 kerb with top and bottom width 100 mm, 300 mm high/long in M20 grade all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L screed 15 mm thick in C. Mortar 1:4 all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L PCC Floor 25 mm thick in C.Conc. 1:2:4 rough Finished all as sp. In MES SSR 2010.

S/F 40 mm thick Vibrator moulded 1st Quality interlocking Tiles of different shapes(Coloured tiles as per sample)laid over sand Screed 25 to 40 mm thick all as specified as per sample.

Ist quality interlocking tiles 60mm thick M-35(Vibrator moulded tiles) with Aroma color laid over sand 25mm to 40mm thick all as specified as per sample, coloured tiles (Colour coated/polished tiles) Katchua Milano tiles etc.

M/L precast PCC 1:1.5:3 tiles cobble shape/stone shape of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 25 mm thick or 150 x 150 x 25 mm thick any colour laid over screed 20 mm thick laid with neat cement slurry and mixed with pigment to match the colur of tiles all as sp.

S/F Reinforcement 10 mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required size including cranking, bending & binding with M.S. annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

S/F of M.S. Grills made of M.S. square bar 12-15mm dia with fancy barchi (Forging) on top, M.S. pipe 2” x 2/8” M.S. flat in curved shape at top, as per design, cutting, welding and finished to top quality as per sample.

M/L PCC Coping in Cement concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded/12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or Mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge, parapet walls, plinth courses etc all as sp. in MES SSR 2010.

S/F of stainless steel railing (Fe 304 grade) with master pillar heavy grade 1.5”dia & 3’6” height at a distance of 5’ c/c and horizontal pipe of 1.5” dia heavy grade 1 nos. at top & 1.00” dia heavy grade 2 no at middle bar and bottom bar of full length all as sp. by Engineer-in-charge.

M/L PC plaster 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

Rainwater Harvesting : Boring with drill machine (tubewell boring machine) 8” dia with 7” P.V.C. pipe casing of pressure 10 kg/Cm2 and (02 nos. in one pits of size 4 m x 2.10 m) outer to outer complete with exacavation, PCC bed in foundation 3” thick 1:4:8, brick works sub class ‘A’ bricks 0.345 m x 0.16 m, 0.23 m x 1.20 m all around, plaster in C. mortar 1:4, inside & outside all around, making channel from main nullah/drain to Rain water harvesting pit, filling pits with graded aggregate 40 mm (45 cm), 20 mm aggregate (40 cm), Coarse sand 30 cm complete all as sp. in MES SSR 2010.
