Material and labour for dismantling existing electrical connections, control cables, copper piping between indoor and outdoor units and repairing the existing Bitzer make with model S4G-12.2Y condensing unit of capacity 48000BTU cold storage to maintain (-30°C) at Blast freezer room with replacement of defective spares to made functioning including testing to attain desired temperature all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes:- (i) The entire repair work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (ii) Necessary PCC/MS foundations for indoor and outdoor units all as per site requirements and OEM specifications. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iii) Any minor spares/special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv) Any Additional modification if required, the contractor shall be liable to transport the item to authorised workshop for modification to make energy efficient and eco friendly system. The cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (v) Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item in BOQ.

Material & Labour for Replacement of Powder coated Electrical Cabinet of sheet thickness of 16 SWG controller panels for operation indoor, outdoor units for Bitzer make with model S4G-12.2Y of capacity 48000 BTU/hour and Bhon Make indoor for all operations (cooling, heating, defrosting, auto cut off etc) with all controller, contractors, MCBs, OLRs, Timer and Suitable sizes of cables as Recommended by Bitzer. Note: Above Electrical Panel contains the following items (i) Single phase preventer with UV/OV protection (ii) Digital imported temperature display, (iii) Digital timer& 24 Hr time (iv) LED indicators and Copper cables sheathed of adequate size and capacity from control panel to condensing unit and between condensing and evaporator units lay on Cable tray support with Cable glands as per OEM recommendation & all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable SS PUF Insulation and leveling the room surfaces by using proper Tools & Plants for Cold storage room and supply and fixing of PUF insulation for Thickness Up to 150MM having SS 304 grade panel cover with thickness 0.4/0.5mm ,Density 40 Kg/M³ by OEM and all as directed. Note: - Work should be carried out by OEM/authorised agency as per standard procedures.

Dismantling existing SS PUF panel and leveling the room surfaces by using proper Tools & Plants and cleaning of SS panels by using OEM recommended chemical solution after removing rust/ foreign particles and refixing after necessary repairs of panel, patchwork and refixing using OEM recommended adhesive, replacement of inter locking system and fixing the joints with silicon to ensure leak proof and complete all as specified and directed.
