Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, taking out embedded portion in concrete including necessary earth work i.e preparing post holes for new posts, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soils not exceeding 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited ,spread and leveled in layer not exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel n.exc 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 13 above but except stone, all as specified. Note: Servicable stone retreived from demolition under respective Item of BOQ shall be reused.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs (weighing 97 grams to 107 grams per Running Metre) at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), including taking out old barbed wire,all as specified. Note:- Weight of barbed wire per running metre shall be ascertained by BOO ordered by AGE(I) Dalhousie.

All as per Serial Item No 15 above but except barbed wire including restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc, complete all as specified. Note: Serviceable Barbed wire retreived from dismantling under respective Item of BOQ shall be reused.

Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165,complete all as specified and as directed.

Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members , weight of metal exc 4kg per sqm ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised steel tubing, 150 mm dia, medium grade, with all fittings & fixtures complete, laid in trenches and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (both ends) (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 150 mm bore including taking out the old unservicable valve, all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
