Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes 200 mm bore with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329 laid in trenches inclusing taking up/ down old U/s pipe with fittings/ accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Float valves of size 25 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including GI socket of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path or under oht or against cutting of road etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel framed works such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or rivetted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame works of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200 mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with, earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing (if any) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 200 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of OHTs, Tubeswells/Boosters and installations area and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified. Note:- All reqd T&P will be provided by the contractor.

Cutting existing road and Material & labour for repair of damaged road/path/surfaces by proper ramming of soil and filled with WBM, hardcore & Premix carpet (thickness upto existing specification) including making good road surface as per existing specifications complete all as per specified & directed.

Supply fix and testing in replacement of Non Return Valve 200 mm dia PN 1.6, connected with two end flanges suitable for connecting with Pipe, nut-bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete with flanges nut - bolts etc all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 36.00 here in before but of size 150 mm bore.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 188744.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
