Gypsum False Ceiling : providing and fixing gypsum suspended ceiling , which includes gyproc surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm ) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws , at 610mm centers. The suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffti at 1220mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55 thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners at every 610mm a/c ceiling sections of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610mm centers. 12mm tapered edge gypsum is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws driver or drilling machine with suitable. The 12mm thick saint gobain boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling with jointing compound & joint paper tape including cost and conveyance of all materials labor charges etc. complete as per drawing. Surface to be finished with 2 coats of putty , primer and approved make plastic.

Front glass tough door Supply and fixing of single leaf entrance door (110 x210) with 12 mm toughened glass of approved make to be fixed with12? stainless steel door handle of approved make to be fixed on the door. Heavy duty floor spring (110 kg),top and bottom patches of approved make to be fixed along with other necessary hardwares not limited to door stopper, locks Etc. Rate to be inclusive of transportation , labour etc.
Front cash counter providing and fixing cash counter with 4 side wall paneling and 12 mm glass partition with speaking holes and also removing existing window.
