Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/ filling):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all type of soils & rocks with E&B etc. as met at site true to lines as per plan, X-section, L- Section camber, super elevation as required also including uprooting & Cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level & slope with all lifts and leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material- at suitable dumping places by mechanical means / manual means and including construction the required coolie walling of minimum height 0.60meter with the stone from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muckwithout otherwise damaging forest and forest, land utility, private & public properties including slip clearance and its safe disposel( same as per amentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated materials) till the complition of the work as per part II special condition of contect mord. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing cutting/ levelling pillars of R.R. stone masonry with mud mortar of size 45x45x60 cm. in depth top & one face plaster & excavation & disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer in charge for proper completion of work.

Earth Work in filling with local soil, E&B for making proper super elevation & patri filling includig ramming, watering & dressing the surface to the required level & slope also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Coolie Walling for Edge/ Filling protection including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc.as per drawing required for required for proper completion of the work, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PROTECTION WORK:- Earth Work in Excavation in foundation for cross drainage structures, retaining & brest walls & other similar structures in all types of soil & rocks met at site with all leads lift and disposal of surplus material as directed by engineer - in -charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. for proper completion of the work with the MORD specification.

Random Rubble Stone Masonary for structure laid in 1:5 cement & sand mortar by locally available approved stone & sand from approved quarry including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawing & as per MORD specification for cross drainage structures, retaining & brest walls & other similar structures etc.as directed byEngineer-in-charge.

Random Rubble Stone Masonary for structure laid dry by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawing & as per MORD specification for cross drainage structures, retaining & brest walls & other similar structures etc.as directed byEngineer-in-charge.

Poviding & Laying filter media as HP stone filling in back of retaining walls, abutments, wing walls etc. by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge. structures including supply of all material, labour, T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing edge stones on vallay side of formation as per drawing including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of parapet in R.R.stone masonary laid in 1:5 cement & sand mortar pruviding M-10 cememt concrete in top, plaster in 1:4 C/S mortar & flush pointing in 1:3 C/S mortar as required and specified in detailed drawing with white wash complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(without base concrete).

Construction of Hill Side Pucca KC Drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. requires for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded materials (Table 400.13) surface surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator OMC and compaction with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification ( 53mm to 22.4 mm @ 0.91 cum. per 10 sqm for cpmpacted thickness of 75mm) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller smooth in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screeningmaterials ( 11.2 mm stones grit for Grading III @ 0.18 cum. per 10 sqm) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of water bond mecadam base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Specification.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Specification

Providing and laying and rolling of Open-Graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm agreegates using Bitumen 80-100 (S-90) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a priviously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORD Specification .

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, ( with crushed stone cjipping 6.7 mm size 100% passing 11.2 mm sieves and retaing on 2.36 mm seive applied @ 0.09 cum./10 sqm as per MORD Specification.

CROSS DRAINAGE WORK:- Construction of Pucca Scupper including catch pit including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. required for proper completion of the work, as per drawing & MORD specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ROAD FURNITURE:- Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Direction and Place Identification more then 0.90 sqm as per attached drawing and direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per MORD Specification and direction given by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per standard drawing duly painted and written asas per MORD Specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per MORD Specification and direction given by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per standard drawing dully painted and writtenas per MORD Specification and direction given by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators,hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings.

Painting white Treffic lines 3" wide in three coats with approved paints as directed by the Engineer in charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P,etc. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastirequired for proper complition of work.

Providing and fixing of Kilometer stone as per standard drawing made of precast R.C.C. 1:2:4 with C.C.1:4:8, including excavation of pit, painting and printing letters on kilometer stone with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality as directed by Engineer in charge.

Same as above item n.o but for Hectometer stone.

Environment Protection Works:- Making Rain water Harvesting Pits on D/S side of the Scuppers as per standerd drawing & Design including all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes and royalties etc required for proper complition of work

Bio Engineering

Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other location shown on drawing or as directed by Engineer including preparation of ground, stacking the sods and watering as per clause 309.
