Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to flat faces of walls, retaining walls, baffele wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, baffele wall and the like, any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including two Nos nut and bolts of 12 mm dia 100 mm long for each column embedding in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring including making good staples for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 35,000/- (Thirty five thousand only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
