Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing bricks, sub class 'B', laid flat, in floors but except Bricks. Note: Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 04 above but except Stones, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping, Bed plate,hold fast cill, kerbs and filling in pressed steel door frames including formwork [straight or curved] and finishing the surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel surface not exceeding 30cm inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 75mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length for weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to Stone masonry surfaces/ other than fair faces of brick work, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for keyed pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 to random rubble uncoursed or brought up to coursed masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on newly plastered Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Cement Babsed Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Cement Based Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on walls surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast Cement Concrete, 1:1.5:3, Type A1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, Cover slabs for drains and similar article with plain faces and setting in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for providing Precast Cement Concrete, 1:1.5:3, Type A1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, posts,boundary pillars etc and setting in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits [if any] of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. sides of concrete

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of any shape / cross section for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished material to a distance not exceeding 50 M a and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Rolled Mild Steel work confirming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in supporting brackets for concertina coils/ fencing mesh, Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MS machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10 cm long and not exceeding 15 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for One coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth incuding necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles in flooring, apron etc of any description or thickness laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

S & F in repairs Concertina Coil Fencing with Razor punched barb tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade –SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised, 600mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb length 24±1mm, Pitch between two barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.5 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Dismantling Fencing Wire Mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Posts or Struts [Wood, Steel or RCC] of any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cu.m, getting out in Hard / Dense soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC Coated Chain Link MS Galvanised Fencing Mesh of size 50 mm X 50mm, 4mm dia wire with minimum 1 mm thick PVC Coating and of weight not less than 4.5 KG / Sq.m including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of size 200 X 200 mm, 22mm to 25 mm thick, Hydraulically pressed as in Floors, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Inter Locking Paving Blocks of 80mm thick, made with M-40 Grade cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed of approved colour and pattern, shape and size conforming to IS - 15658 set in floors including taking down existing paver blocks of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing unserviceable PCC block work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing Covered Drains / Open Drains of any cross section in any condition [including foul condition] by removing Silt, Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge deposits, Pebbles, Large Stones of any shape including bailing out of water by mechanical pump if required and deposited to out side MD land and making good complete all as specified and directed.
