Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS flanged pipe of size 100mm dia heavy duty ISI marked with all fittings, connect, joint and lay with flanged ends and including flanges, leather gaskets, heavy duty bolts, nuts, washers etc, laid in trenches,floors, fixed on walls/floors/roof etc including fixing with clamps on wall for the wet riser including painting with approved synthetic enamel paint including taking out unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MS flanged pipe of size 80mm dia heavy duty ISI marked with all fittings, connect, joint and lay with flanged ends and including flanges, leather gaskets, heavy duty bolts, nuts, washers etc, laid in trenches,floors, fixed on walls/floors/roof etc including fixing with clamps on wall for the wet riser including painting with approved synthetic enamel paint including taking out unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make ; CRC/Kalpex/Winco

Supply and fix in repairs Percolated hose in 15M length of 63 mm dia and tested to bursting pressure of 15Kg/Sqcm, Burst pressure, 36 kg/sqcm with SS coupling as per IS:901 treated against rot / mystex e bearing IS-636 type "A" 15 Mtrs length with male and female coupling confirming to 1S-903 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Hoses shall be of Synthetic fibre, circular woven jacketed, treated against rot, Make : CRC/Kalpex/inco

Supply and fix in repairs first aid hose reel swinging wall mounted type comprising rubber hose 20mm dia 30m long high pressure double braided bearing IS-5132 type 'A' A' 5 mm bore PVC shut off nozzle and 25mm gunmetal inlet valve conforming to IS-884 and connected to wet riser/ downcomer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. note:- (i) Hose reel shall be type 'A', wall mounting type swinging complete with 19mm bore high pressure braided rubber hose 36 m long, 6 mm bore shut off nozzle and 25 mm inlet valve conforming to IS: 884 mark. (ii) The material of construction for various components shall be as per IS:884 -1985. (iii) Piping connecting for the hose reel shall be taken from the main riser above the landing valve Make : CRC/Kalpex/Winco

Supply and fix, testing and commissioning of heavy duty landing valve (internal hydrant) double headed gunmetal bearing ISI mark grade 63 mm female instantaneous outlet compelte confirming to IS 5290 with PVC blank cap and chain and having suitable flanges for 80 mm dia wet riser/ downcomer and leakage testing on completion including taking out unserviceable old valve complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs of Branch Pipe short Stainless Steel 63 mm male inst.inlet,male threaded outlet, fitted with 15mm bore nozzle conforming to IS:903 ISI all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Winco/Newage

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve both ends flanged and drilled, bonnet wedge stuffing box, gland trust plate, hand wheel CI with brass spindle, washer & nut bolt Class PN-1.6 including taking out existing unserviceable valve complete all as specifief and directed of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Non Return Sluice Valve 100 mm dia with flanged ends cast iron body, brass spindle, hand wheel, ISI mark including necessary rubber gasket, nuts, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of unserviceable 4way fire brigade connection, Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection (suction collecting head) consisting of 4 no 63 mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in chec valves and one number heavy duty NRV of size 150 mm dia and 150 mm dia flanged outlet complete with all accessories and leakage testing on completion all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

Supply and installation in repair, testing and commissioning of pressure switches (02kg/sqcm to 6kg/sqcm) universal type and testing on completion all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Indoss/Danfoss.

Supply and installation in repair, testing and commissioning of pressure gauge 4inch dia of rating 0-21Kg/Sqcm and testing on completion all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Indoss/Danfoss.

Supply and fixing in repairs CI Foot valve 100mm dia flanged type of approved make including all accessories like leather gasket, bolts, nuts, washers etc.. and jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs CI Foot valve 65mm dia flanged type of approved make including all accessories like leather gasket, bolts, nuts, washers etc.. and jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of the Electrical Driven Motor Fire Fighting Pump set of 20 HP after preparing the external surface apply two coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint of red colour etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of Fire fighting Pipe line 100 mm dia. in any position such as vertical or horizontal in pump house and Fire fighting shaft including accessories like pipe fittings, control valves, NRVs, hydrant valves etc with red colour, finished coating over first coating after cleaning the body of pipe line with metal wire brush completely all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..
