Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) or any other mixed varity of soil including shoring strutting de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any heights/depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering, removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable materials clear from the edges of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers where required into plinth and side of foundation etcetera, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and disposed materials to be neatly dressed and leveled other incidentals to complete the work as per specification approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth: The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in supersturecture above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as per specification approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per specification approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying 20 mm(twenty millimetre) cement concrete topping 1:2 to 3(1 cement: 2 to 3 stone aggregate of size 4.75 mm and below, by volume) laid over and finished monolithic with base concrete and as per specification approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

20mm Cement plaster in two coats,backing coat 15mm and finishing coat 5mm thick on rough side of brick/stone masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar1:4 (1cement:4 sand). The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 700 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaning walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 1200, 1600 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 Km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc.complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
