SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF OBSOLETE /BER DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND SPL REPAIR TO E/M INSTALLATION AT GARHI CANTT UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE DEHRADUN

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer 300 KVA or next higher capacity (315 KVA) as per manfacturer standard ratings, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, Dyn11, outdoor ONAN type, copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, step down transformer with OFF circuit tap changing arrangement on HV side (tapping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with Vector group Dyn11 and having cable end box on HV & LV side. The cable box at LV/HV side shall be suitable to house for proper size and capacity of incoming/outgoing aluminium cable and to be provided with gland and gland plate. The transformer shall be provided with all standard accessories and first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil of IS: 335 complete as per specification and confirming to Energy efficiency level -3 of IS: 1180(Part-I) -2014 with amendment No 4. The Transformer shall be having following standard accessories complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Name rating & diagram plate - 01 Nos (b) Off circuit tap changing switch - 01 Nos (c) Earthing Terminals - 02 Nos (d) Lifting lugs - 02 Nos (e) Oil level indicator (flush tube) - 01 Nos (f) Oil drain valve with plug - 01 Nos (g) Oil temperature gauge- 01 Nos (h) Aluminium body breather - 01 Nos (j) Vent pipe - 01 Nos Note:- Cost of any other accessories as per manufacturers instructions/ IS provision shall be inclusive in the quoted rates.

All as per item No. 1 above but capacity 200 KVA or next higher capacity as per manfacturer standard ratings.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point/ transformer/ panel all as directed and testing on completion as directed including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1, RCC pit cover, charcoal, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 50mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit of less than 5 Ohm, earthing shall be redone by contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of galvanised earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, 50mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering is included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supplying, installing and testing gang operated air break switch 12 insulator type, HT 11 KV, AC 50 C/S, Triple pole, vertical mounting type, mechanically operated from ground, mounted on 12 silicon rubber insulators 11 KV grade and steel frame, current rating upto 200 Amps complete with fuse mounting, fuse carriers and fuse elements of required capacity fixed on the pole structure on channel/ angle iron/ cross arm with suitable GI nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and testing lightning arrestor, station class type of rated voltage 12 KV and discharge current capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT underground electric power cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (conforming to IS-7098 Part-I), ISI Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded, heavy duty, 11000 Volts grade (earthed ), in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc complete of size 120 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, commissioning & testing of factory made CPRI approved, LT switch gear panel board, IP-54 (outdoor type), 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, three phase and neutral (4 wire), 600 Amps aluminium busbars 4 pole, duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour code supported on epoxy insulatators, having independent compartment for insulated busbar, incoming feeder & each outgoing feeder i.e. cubicle type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 2mm thick inner enclosure CRCA sheet, rigid mild steel angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm with 900mm long extended legs grouting in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 block of minimum size 1000x300x600mm or larger to accomodate accessories as mentioned here in under, duly epoxy powder coated internally & externally with approved shade, rubber gasket, hinged front & back openable doors with proper locking arrangements for dust and vermin proof, complete including suitable size cable alley, lugs, cable glands, common earth bar of GI strip 32x6mm at bottom and making connections with MCCB spreaders/wiring with suitable size of single core PVC copper conductor cable, locking arrangements 65mm size and lock with keys, earth work and excavation comprising the following: Incoming :- (a) MCCB 400 Amps 4P, 50 KA, adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, Ics=100% of Icu with spreader link - 01 Nos.
