Supply install testing and commissioning of split type air conditioner 5 star BEE rated all weather "Hot and Cold " of capacity of 1.5 TR, consisting of indoor and outdoor units(Evaporative and condensive units including manufactures recommended size/type copper tubing duly insulated for connecting the units both indoor and out door along with PVC insulated copper conductor for electric power supply including all connected item for fixing complete all as specifid and directed. make - Blue star,voltas or equivalent

Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation/single phase Ac supply 230 volt 50 HZ time delay relay naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with out put voltage stabilizer at 230 V with accuracy of +2.50% and capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified. Make - v-guard,or equivalent

S&F submain wiring with two single core FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn in concealed conduit including 2.5 sqmm copper multi-stranded conductor PVC insulated FRLS earth wire connected to main board complete all as specified and directed.(Two Number of cable and one number earth wire shall measured together as unit length)

S&F rigid non metalic conduit medium grade 25 mm external dia ISI marked with accessories such as tees,bends,junction box,bell mouth tube ends,including fixing accessories locks as couplers,lock-nuts,pipe hook etc in walls ceiling etc complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fine dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing a layers of sand 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm deep after laying the cable including streching the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L forlaying of bricks sub class 'B' old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cables for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI tubes any size complete all as specified and as directed.
