REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF FIRE HYDRANT AND FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AT MIL STN KOTA

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 10 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. including taking out old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in renewal of MS flanged pipe of 100mm nominal bore, heavy duty, for multistorey building duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (color as per IS norms of fire fighting color code) over a coat of Zinc chromate pirmer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of Butterfly valve, 100 mm dia bore, heavy duty with CI body, liver operated IS-13095 marked including jointing materials i.e rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of motor protection relay for capacity 12.5 HP to 15 HP motors, relay scale 8-22 Amps, with inbuilt earth fault protection having features such as overload, earth fault, locked rotor, single phasing, current unbalance, phase sequence reversal, under current, inbuilt CT's (1 A to 88 A), Trip indication, selectable trip class-10A, 10, 20 & 30 as per IEC 947-4-1, Aux. supply 240 V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of motor starter timer of suitable size and as per site requirement for pump motor of any capacities starters, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of existing single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber gaskets for flanged joint superior quality for 100 mm dia flanges pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber gaskets for flanged joint superior quality for 80 mm dia flanges pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully the AC electric motors of capacity upto 12.5 HP induction type, three phase, from the foundation, cutting down and removing the old burnt winding wire from the motor unit, rewinding the same with new super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size/gauge of wire, providing necessary insulation by varnishing and drying the same upto specific temperature of heat, replacing insulation paper sleeves with connecting insulating material, tapping and providing necessary connection to the motors assembly reinstalling, commissioning and testing the pumping set upto good working performance complete all as specified and directed.
