Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes 200 mm bore with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex 'C' of IS: 8329 including taking up/ down old U/s pipe with fittings/ accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 900x900x900 mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of siutable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot , earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one (if any) complete all as specified and directed. Note: RCC slab with reinforcement 8 mm dia bar @ 100mm c/c bothways are inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 200 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for making Header at OHT 5 of MS pipe 350mm/300mm dia and thickness minimum 8 mm of appropriate length of 8 to 11 meter. This header includes two existing supply pipe line of OHT and one direct water supply pipeline from booster as inlet to header whereas minimum five Nos of outlets of header (including one spare for future expansion) of size 150mm dia. header should be provided with sluice valves of suitable size 200/150mm at inlet as well as outlet pipelines of header, with all complete accessories including necessary excavation, 01 NRV of 200mm size in direct supply line welding/cutting/threading of pipes and flanges, nut bolts etc. to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Only DI/CI Fittings such as tee, bends, reducer etc upto 200mm, brickwork & PCC for foundation and sluice valves required for making the header and will be paid separately. (ii) Any fitting or connecting piece flanged type or other type made from MS pipe will be considered a part of header and will not be paid separately. (iii) This item includes cost of material and labour to make header, all necessary cleaning, surface dressing, leveling, excavation, refilling of required area, one NRV 200mm, cutting/welding etc of pipes, all MS fittings or connecting pieces, flanges, gaskets & nut bolts, all T&P, and joot & lead for joints, making good the complete surface etc all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cutting existing road and Material & labour for repair of damaged road/path/surfaces by proper ramming of soil and filled with WBM, hardcore & Premix carpet (thickness upto existing specification) including making good road surface as per existing specifications complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with gray cement confirming to IS - 15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade as in path, under OHT, hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning, at any installation as per requirement including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for fabrication & fixing of the water level indicator frame made out of MS sheet 2 mm thick of size 1'x12' and hollow ms bar/angle iron 50x50x6 mm including all fixing arrangement with braided steel wire rope of size 6 mm dia, 2 x ball bearing pulley, 350 mm heavy metal float valve incl painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl level marking and fixing on OHT incl testing of indicator complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All tools and plant, scaffolding shall be made available by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid. (ii) The contractor shall submit the certificate of insurance of staff working on OHT before starting the work. The department will not be liable for any mis-happening or accident occurs during the course of work.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 315670.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
