BALANCE CONSTRUCTION WORK OF PRE ENGINEERED BUILDING WITH LGFS SYSTEM AT T.R.H BHAIROGHATI (DISTT. UTTRAKASHI)

WALL COVERING :Exterior and Interior: walls to be covered with the Cement fiber board of 10 mm thickness of approved make. All the boards will be fitted with the self-drilling screws of 6 mm x 25 mm. All joints of the boards will be sealed with RFC rubberized waterproof sealant, and thereafter all joints to be sealed with aluminum bond tape as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

CEILING FINISH Providing and fixing of 12 mm Gypsum boards ceiling of approved quality, and all joints to be sealed and finished with POP, and painted with 2 coats of acrylic paint of approved quality, and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Membrane: The entire exterior walls will be covered with weather/waterproof membrane to nailed/ screwed to the Cement Fiber boards of approved make. APP elastomeric bitumen based waterproofing membrane with on- woven polyester felt reinforcement of approved make. Upper finish with PE Film and Underside finish with PE Film of approved make, and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERIOR WALL FINISH ARTIFICIAL STONE VENEER As per approved design and elevation of the building artificial stone veneer of approved quality shall be used for exterior wall finish installation adopting appropriate method of adhesion, and such wall finishing completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERIOR WALL FINISH ALUMINIUM EXTRUDED CLADDING After the installation of the waterproof membrane Aluminium extruded wall cladding powder coated or wood coated finish of approved quality will be installed on the cement fiber boards. The complete wall cladding will be installed with the cladding clamps fitted with 20 mm screws to the boards, and after the wall cladding is installed the screws or the clamps shall not be visible. The work shall be carried out and completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded rock wool conforming to IS: 8183, having density 48 kg/m3,50 mm thick,wrapped in 200 G Virgin Polythene Bags fixed to wall with screw, rawel plug & washers and held and in position by criss cossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.86.1 With granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm.
