SCHEDULE `A' PART - VII MISC ITEMS (To be quoted by the tenderer)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning in DIGITAL WATER LEVEL INDICATOR DEVICE , operating on Single Phase Supply,directed display in 100 mm size Digit Display system with much show water in Metre/ Centimetre or Gallon of water level of SUMPS/OVER HEAD TANK ensuring alarm while water fall or rise at predetermined limit, 1 minute auto off alarm. (a) The entire unit must operate through a compact electonic circuit, which must ensure reliable operation at 230 volts +/-5% with reliable in digit display & alarm at low & high level of SUMPS/OVER HEAD TANK . (b) The circuit must be housed in M. S. CRC Sheet box with nylon moulded connection strips. The level system must resistance transducer, which unaffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water The product must be controlled by micro switch ( should not be sensor system) (c) The whole unit must electronically controlled and the upper level and lower level indicator must be highly sensitive MICRO SWITCH. The complete unit must be in two part. Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC Sheet Box seprately, one must be installed at sumps/over head tank and Second at PUMP HOUSE with proper powder coating paints. (d) The required flexible copper cable of 0.5 Sq mm, 3 core size from SUMPS/OVER HEAD TANK to PUMP HOUSE to provide for connection the both unit . Type - DDS-4

Supply,laying & testing PVC insulated,PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables ( Heay duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core 1100 Volts grade for Aviation light, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning of LED Aviation obstruction lights, fitting of any pattern any description and in any position complete comprising of die cast aluminium alloy housing, finished in avaitation yellow colour, polycarbonate enclosures in red colour , with and including 302 Nos LED and accessories fixed on over head reservior complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No:- BGAV 302 LED model in specified make as approved by GE. Note :- Rate for any preparatory works, T&P and other resources required for fixing of aviation obstruction light,etc on the top of OHR at the height of 20 to 30 m from Ground level is deemed to be included in the scope of above item.

M&L for earthing complete for bldg/poles with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.
