RequiredFurnish the copies of recently issued / executed orders or performance certificate issued within the last five financial years, i.e., FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, for supply of offered materials to Power Utilities/ Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/reputed private organizations,clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material

RequiredSubmit the technical specifications / product catalogue / brochure / datasheet, as applicable, for the offered materials, clearly indicating the make, model/part number, item description and relevant technical details

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped.

OptionalDeclaration that the company is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department / PSU due to any reason.
