Operation and daily routine maintenance of HVAC system of 5 nos X 100TR capacity in two shift per day (16 Hrs) including sundays & holidays by engaging of manpower as mentioned in the tender terms & conditions. System comprising of Air-cooled chiller plants, all pumps, Terminal building AHU's, LT Panels, Control Panels etc. including monitoring, recording of various parameters of HVAC system as per detailed specifications, terms and conditions as required.

Operation of complete HVAC system on hourly basis for covering of additional watch hours between 22:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs on all days including Sundays & Holidays as per the instruction of Engineer - In -Charge by engaging the following manpower: Operator cum Technician (Skill)-01 nos Helper( Un-Skilled)-01 nos

Job contract for All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of complete central HVAC System of 5x100 Tr capacity comprising of the following main components. The job includes attending to complaints, repairs/rectifications, supply & replacement of any required spares/ accessories/ parts consumables, leakage arresting & refrigerant charging including Gas R-22, rewinding works, descaling, overhauling of chilled water pumps etc. as when required including painting of exposed HVAC pipe line once in a year. Job also includes servicing, periodic inspections, Schedule/ preventive/breakdown maintenance as per tender terms & conditions for the period of one year as required.

100 TR Capacity, Voltas make, Model No. ACDRO 105 OMN, Reciprocating type, Packaged chilling unit with air-cooled condenser.- 05 Nos Horizontal Split casing centrifugal Pump-motor set of Kirloskar Make, Model No UP80/38 of capacity of 300 USGPM with 40 mtrs head and 20 HP, 3-Phase, 415 Vol, 50 Hz Induction Motor including chilled water pipeline - 05 Nos Air Handling Unit of different capacity including control panels /instrumentation & all other accessories as listed in tender document - 09Nos. Inline exhaust fans of different capacity including control panels /instrumentation & all other accessories as listed in tender document- 10 nos Electrical Panel for HVAC system (All the incoming & outgoing cables are covered in the scope of work only for maintenance & fault finding. Replacement of defective cables is not covered in the scope of item)
