Dismantling of existing U/S PCC/Struts pole of any size & type from its position carefully and removing from the site and necessary excavation and earth work in any soil/strata, demolation of concrete, disconnection of conductor fom pole etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and errect Steel tubular swaged poles welded with M.S. base plate 6 mm thick of 300 X 300 mm size plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screw as per IS 2713 Part II & as per 410 SP - 16 (8.5 mtr long) made out of MS tubing with swan neck arm of 1 mtr overhang with 48 mm O.D.x 100 mm Long nipple for mounting street light fixture ,section length (5+1.75+1.75 m) corresponding outer dia. As (114.3 x 88.9 x 76.1 mm ) with 1 coat of Bituminous Paint external upto ground level & 2 coats of Red oxide Zinc Chromate primer on the remaining external portion . Final 2 coats of silver aluminium paint to be applied at site at the time of erection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 sqmm multistranded Copper conductor on pole for security light from junction box to street light fititng including making necessary hole on surface of pole for insertion of 3 core pvc cable inside the pole upto street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised tubing light grade 50 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles / walls / laying under floor/ roads complete with and including fittings, clamps nut bolts as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Jointing cable Heat Shrinkable 1.1KV XPLE jointing kit straight through type of size 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm 4/3.5 core cable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Jointing cable Heat Shrinkable 1.1KV XPLE jointing kit straight through type of size 25 sqmm 4 / 3.5 core to 50 sqmm 3.5 core cable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only LED Street light fittings obtained from item No. 113.00 above on new steel tubular pole & making necessary electric connections complete all as directed by Engr-In Charge
