Providing and carrying out sweeping and maintenance of cleanliness (House Keeping) services as per Schedule "A" for all department buildings, Hostel buildings for monthly working including all labours, materials and equipments such as brooms and kharatas/ brushes /buckets /phawaras scraper/ patis/ duster/ cloth or wiper for floor wiping etc. with sweeping and cleaning machine and nepthal balls, hydro choric acid, washing soda material required for the works. cleaning 20’ around periphery of building including removing bushes/grass, removing plantation on buildings as directed by Sanitary Inspector/ Engineer-in-charge and with the scheduled working hours as decided by Sanitary Inspector, cleaning the cycle stand and cleaning all open gutters drainage upto septic tank etc., complete.
