Construction of granular sub-base Grading 1 by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, as per section 400 of MORTH specifications complete in all respects.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Specification Clause 406 (4.14)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying With 1% OPC grade cement and 3.5% Emulsion (Hincol) in uniform Single layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORTH Specification section 400, 500, relevant IRC Codes and UP PWD Circulars issued from time to time, complete in all respects.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade emulsion (HINCOL) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per MORTH Specification Clause 502 (5.1)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading 1 with 80 - 100 TPH capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (IOC/HPCL) @ 4.0 per cent, mini., by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification section 500 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 (IOC/HPCL) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom, as per MORTH Specifications 500 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading 2 with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (IOC/HPCL) @ 5.4 per cent, mini., of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications 500 complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (PQC M-35) over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement PQC M35 with @ 400 kg of cement per cum, mini., coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished In continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal Joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tle rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per MORTH specifications Section 600 / Clause 602 complete in all respects

Providing and laying of 80 mm thick Interlocking cement concrete tiles (strength 300 mpa) including laveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge conforming to MORTH specifications section 400 and relevant IRC codes complete in all respects.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materialas per MORTH Specification section 200, 300 complete in all respects.

PCC Grade M15 Using Batching Plant complete in all respects as per MORTH specifications Section 1700, 1000, 2100, 2200, 2300

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications. As per MORTH Specification section 1300 & 2200 complete in all respects.

Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25, complete in all respects as per Drawings and MORTH Technical Specifications Section 1700, 1000, 2100, 2200, 2300 etc. using Batching Plant.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement (Sail/Tata/JSPL) in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications section 1600 complete in all respects.
